I’m superbly insulated
I keep the warmth in during winter and stay pleasantly cool in summer. My walls are designed to minimize heat loss. I have zero thermal bridges – which is a rare feature among mobile structures in Europe. My floor and ceiling include up to 300 mm of insulation, making heating and cooling costs extremely low. -
I’m extremely energy-efficient
Even when it’s -16 °C outside, I can heat my full 50 m² of living space using just a regular 1500W heater. Plus, I come with efficient underfloor heating that gives you maximum comfort without any hassle. -
I’ve got premium triple-glazed windows
They ensure excellent thermal and sound insulation. Noise and cold stay out – comfort stays in.

The plaster is both pleasant to look at and to the touch. The clever architects have also come up with design moldings that can be fitted with LED backlighting.
Kitchen counter
Equipped with a sink and cabinets so that nothing stands in the way of preparing your favorite dishes.
Floorings
High quality, durable and easy to care for. Made of laminate and vinyl.

I am an exclusive higher-class version of the EMIKO mobile home, designed especially for those who simply want more. I am an exception, as the structure remains unchanged and I continue to maintain higher durability than a brick building and zero thermal bridges.
I am inspired mainly by Western style with a strong emphasis on functionality and freedom of movement.
